The Heritage Trail is approximately 1.9 miles in length and consists of 8-ft. wide concrete path, striping and utilizing existing streets, and 10-ft. wide asphalt trail.  The Heritage Trail begins on the northeast side of Winona Lake in the Town of Winona and goes through the Village of Winona, along the canal, through the park, and continues into the Old Chicago Boys Club.  The Heritage Trail features artwork that interprets attributes of the heritage of Winona Lake.  These attributes include:  kindness, virtue, generosity, community, gathering, beauty, respect, legacy, peace, and love.
