The Wastewater Payment Office bills over 5,000 residential and commercial customers monthly, and collects over $2.5 million annually in wastewater payments. Warsaw residential customers pay a set monthly rate of $32.60 per single family unit.
Commercial customers are billed according to gallons of water used, with the information provided to us by Indiana-American Water Company. Large industrial customers call in their gallon usage monthly and are billed accordingly.
The Wastewater Payment Office has three employees: Department Head/Manager and two part-time Clerks.
