Ordinance No. 86-3-6 established the Redevelopment Commission.   The five-member board consists of three appointments by the Mayor and two appointments by the Common Council, all being 1-year terms.  The Redevelopment Commission shall have the power to acquire property for the clearance or renovation thereof and to do all other things enumerated in Indiana Code relative to the redevelopment or renewal of blighted areas. 

The Redevelopment Commission meets in the Warsaw Council Chambers (302 E. Market Street) on the first Monday of each month at 12:00 Noon -- when there is business to conduct.
