Ordinance No. 77-11-7 created a municipal Plan Commission.   Four appointments are made by the Mayor for 4-year terms.  Three appointments are made by the Common Council.  Council members appointed to the Plan Commission serve the length of their existing elected terms.  City employees appointed by the Council to the Plan Commission can be renewed yearly or run until a subsequent appointment takes place.

The Plan Commission meets in the Warsaw Council Chambers (302 E. Market Street) on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 PM -- when there is business to conduct.
