Thank you for considering booth space at one of our events! The City of Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department has the right to refuse any vendor who does not meet the requirements expected. There are no refunds issued should you cancel your reservation or are not able to provide the required documentation. We look forward to seeing you in the parks!

General information for all applicants:

One form is required per event.

Spaces are 10' by 10'. Mulitple spaces may be purchased.

Space location may be chosen on a first-come, first served basis. All food vendor spaces are located in the Northwest Parking Lot in front of the West Picnic Shelter. See sample
MAP.

Non-profit vendors are defined as groups who have their 501(C)3. Proof of this non-profit status is required, even if you are affiliated with a national organization. Payment must be made at the time of your reservation.

For-Profit Vendors should NOT include payment with application EXCEPT FOR Barbeque vendors for the Blues & BBQs--they may pay at any time. We encourage you to still send in your application without payment - we will contact you to let you know if there is room for you, then you will send payment.

"Products Selling" are items that have been approved per your request. Water, soda, hot dogs/corn dogs, and general BBQ items may be duplicated by other vendors.

2 vehicles are allowed per booth space.

Vehicles should not be visible from Central Park or block the center of the lot. Vehicles must park at the north end of the parking lot.

All vendor spaces are marked on the curb with chalk.

All spaces are on the parking lot asphalt NOT ON THE GRASS!

You are responsible for relaying the rules to your team members.

Everyone MUST be out of the park by midnight - no overnight parking - all electrical and water hook-up will be disconnected by park staff by midnight.

Documentation required annually:
a. Certificate of Insurance
b. Kosciusko Health Dept Certificate (if for-profit)
c. Retail Merchant's ID Number/Non-profit number/Federal ID number (one of these)

Payment MUST be included in order to secure the space unless noted above.
