Housing Opportunities of Warsaw, Inc. (HOW) is a not-for-profit housing development corporation. The mission of HOW is to encourage and expand affordable housing by providing opportunity and choice through investing in people and communities.
 
HOW is a state certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) for Kosciusko County with the purpose of developing rental and home ownership projects through rehabilitation or new construction. Owner-Occupied Rehab Programs are also available in Kosciusko County on a grant funded availability basis.
